Board meating of Marsrock Hospitality Ventures Pvt. Ltd., was held on 1st April, 2022 at the registered office of the company; House No. A-197, Sector 47, Noida, Gautam Budh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, in which company directors Mr. Manoj Kumar Gupta, Mr. Rohit Mishra and Mr. Rahul Chauhan participated. In this meeting it was decided to take Hotel Royal Classic located in Kurli, Mussorie, Dehradun (Uttarakhand), on lease.

Further, Mr. Samir Kumar Singh was authorized to sign and execute the lease deed with Roshie Hotels Pvt. Ltd., Shalimar Bagh, Delhi (Owner company of Hotel Royal Classic).
