The Board Meeting of Marsrock Hospitality Ventures Pvt. Ltd. was held on April 1st, 2022 at the company's registered office located at House No. A-197, Sector 47, Noida, Gautam Budh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh. Directors Mr. Manoj Kumar Gupta, Mr. Rohit Mishra, and Mr. Rahul Chauhan were all present at the meeting. During this meeting, it was decided to take the Hotel Royal Classic located in Kurli, Mussorie, Dehradun (Uttarakhand) on lease. This is a major step forward for the company and we look forward to great success in the future.

Mr. Samir Kumar Singh has been authorised to sign and execute the lease deed with Roshie Hotels Pvt. Ltd., Shalimar Bagh, Delhi (owner company of Hotel Royal Classic). Additionally, Mr. Singh has been given the authority to carry out all necessary steps to ensure the successful completion of the lease deed.
